Sam Levy is a painter living in Brooklyn, NY. He has exhibited with The Painting Center, NY; John Davis Gallery, NY; Sweet Lorraine Gallery, NY; The Bowery Gallery, NY; Union Gallery, Wagner College, NY; and Real Tinsel Gallery, Milwaukee, WI. In 2015, Sam participated in the Jentel Artist Residency, WY, and he was The Ah Haa School of the Arts, Telluride, CO, Annual Benefit Honoree. In 2023, Sam was awarded a Hohenberg Faculty Travel Grant from the New York Studio School to study ancient frescoes in Pompeii.

    Sam is an Instructor and Atelier Head at the New York Studio School, and Adjunct Faculty at the Fashion Institute of Technology (SUNY) in New York City. From 2019-2022. Sam was the Evening Lecture Series Coordinator and the Assistant to the Dean at the New York Studio School.
